How to Request Account Deletion

Information to Include

When contacting us, please provide:

  • Your full name (as registered in the app)
  • Your email address or username
  • Your role (Teacher or Student)
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Profile information (name, email, username, profile picture)
  • All messages and conversations
  • All posts, comments, and reactions
  • All uploaded files and documents
  • All flashcards and study materials
  • Class memberships and spaces

Deletion Timeline

  • Confirmation: Within 2-3 business days
  • Account Deactivation: Immediate upon confirmation
  • Data Deletion: Within 30 days
  • Complete Removal: Within 90 days (including backups)

⚠️ Cannot Be Undone: Once deleted, you will need to create a new account to use SmartBridge again. Your data cannot be recovered.
