Information to Include
When contacting us, please provide:
- Your full name (as registered in the app)
- Your email address or username
- Your role (Teacher or Student)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Profile information (name, email, username, profile picture)
- All messages and conversations
- All posts, comments, and reactions
- All uploaded files and documents
- All flashcards and study materials
- Class memberships and spaces
Deletion Timeline
- Confirmation: Within 2-3 business days
- Account Deactivation: Immediate upon confirmation
- Data Deletion: Within 30 days
- Complete Removal: Within 90 days (including backups)
⚠️ Cannot Be Undone: Once deleted, you will need to create a new account to use SmartBridge again. Your data cannot be recovered.
